Dean & Ishah: PetPals! took amazing care of our two dogs, Dean and Ishah, while we were out of town for the weekend. Not only did they take care of the basics, but they also took extra time to note the details of each dogs behavior on each day of the visits. They took them for playtime on the beach, and even cleaned the poops from our yard! We were especially impressed with the daily report cards and the excellent condition and happy demeanor of our pets upon our return. McKenzie: Dear Stuart, Brecken and the PetPals Team: Thank you so much for always taking such good care of McKenzie while we’re away! Trusting someone in our home and with our precious dog is a hard thing to do, but you make it very easy! We moved to Bluffton a year and a half ago and thought we’d never find a pet sitter that we’d feel comfortable with. We interviewed many, many people. Quite frankly, nobody was good enough. Then we met the PetPals team! Right from the beginning you were professional and caring. The minute you met McKenzie, I knew she would be well taken care of. Each time we go away, we return to a very happy dog – a sign that she was cared for the right way! And our house is taken care of also! Our mail is organized on the kitchen counter, our Island Packets neatly stacked, and you even turn on and off the lights and open and shut the blinds so as not to bring attention to the fact that we’re away. We hate leaving McKenzie behind, but it’s a great feeling knowing she’s so well taken care of. We are so glad you’re here – and so is McKenzie! Thank you for all you do!
